Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OutcomeGuard. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

OutcomeGuard provides wallet monitoring, settlement tracking, on-chain verification, public wallet discovery, alerting, and related tooling around public prediction-market and blockchain data.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use OutcomeGuard lawfully and responsibly. You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, exploit rate limits, or use the platform to harm other users or third parties.

3. No private wallet access

OutcomeGuard does not require private keys, seed phrases, or direct wallet custody. You remain fully responsible for your wallet, your transactions, and any redemption or trading decisions.

4. Public data and accuracy

OutcomeGuard relies on public blockchain data, public APIs, and third-party infrastructure. Data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, stale, or unavailable. You must independently verify important information before acting.

5. Paid features and promo grants

Paid access, promo grants, internal admin grants, and beta access may unlock additional features such as Telegram delivery, API access, or priority support. Access may expire automatically based on the tier period or grant duration. Promo or manually granted access may be changed, revoked, or corrected if granted in error, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

6. API usage

Researcher/API access may be subject to limits, monitoring, and revocation for abuse, excessive load, credential sharing, or misuse. You are responsible for securing any API keys issued to you.

7. Telegram and third-party channels

Alert delivery through Telegram or other third-party channels depends on those platforms and related infrastructure. OutcomeGuard does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or delivery timing.

8. No warranty

OutcomeGuard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, including warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutcomeGuard and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed redemptions, missed alerts, data errors, API failures, third-party outages, or other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including beta features, pricing, or feature availability, at any time. We may also suspend or terminate abusive or unauthorized use.

11. Contact and updates

These Terms may change as OutcomeGuard evolves. Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply.
