1. What OutcomeGuard does

OutcomeGuard reads public blockchain data, public wallet activity, public Polymarket market data, and optional Telegram linkage data to surface wallet monitoring, settlement evidence, Telegram evidence alerts, whale discovery, trending markets, API access, and related product features.

2. Information we collect

• Public wallet addresses you paste, monitor, search, follow, or link for alerts.
• Public blockchain and market data associated with those wallets, including positions, balances, settlements, transaction hashes, and redeemable status.
• Telegram linkage information when you connect a wallet to the OutcomeGuard alerts bot, including chat linkage and bot interaction state.
• Upgrade/payment records, including on-chain payment wallet, transaction hash, amount, tier, and expiry.
• API key records for Researcher access, including creation, last-used timestamps, and revocation status.
• Operational logs, error logs, usage metrics, and anti-abuse signals necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
• We do not request trading authority over your wallet.
• We do not custody funds.
• We do not require a traditional account signup for core wallet monitoring features.

4. How we use information

• To monitor wallets and surface settlement, redeemable-position, and evidence information.
• To deliver alerts in-app, through Telegram, or through other supported channels.
• To verify balances and settlement state against Polygon/public data sources.
• To manage paid tiers, promo grants, API access, and internal support workflows.
• To investigate failures, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security.

5. Data sources

OutcomeGuard relies on public blockchain infrastructure, public Polymarket-related APIs and market data, internal indexing, and public leaderboard or wallet activity signals. Some data shown by OutcomeGuard may depend on third-party infrastructure availability, freshness, or accuracy.

6. Public blockchain reality

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public by nature. Monitoring a wallet address through OutcomeGuard does not make that wallet public; it already is. OutcomeGuard may store and organize public data to make it more useful, searchable, and actionable.

7. Telegram and third-party integrations

If you use Telegram evidence alerts, your wallet may be linked to your Telegram chat through the OutcomeGuard alerts bot so that notifications can be delivered. Telegram interactions are also subject to Telegram's own systems and policies. Other third-party infrastructure providers may process requests necessary to run the service.

8. Retention

We retain operational data, wallet monitoring records, evidence history, payment records, API key records, and logs for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate issues, enforce security, comply with legal obligations, or preserve continuity for the user experience. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect service infrastructure, administrative access, API credentials, and linked alert workflows. However, no online system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and public blockchain activity is inherently visible outside OutcomeGuard.

10. Your choices

• You can choose not to paste or monitor a wallet.
• You can unlink Telegram evidence alerts or stop monitoring a wallet.
• You can choose whether to use paid features, API access, or promo grants.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OutcomeGuard evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated version applies.
